Sunset Villa, 170 sq.m. located in Hanioti, village with a developed tourist infrastructure. The villa is located at the top of a hill, as part of a complex Villas Hanioti, consisting of 5 villas. The adjacent plot of 730 sq.m. has a panoramic view of the sea. It's ideal choice for a couple, for a group of friends, as well as for families. The distance to the center of Hanioti is 500 m, to the beach of Hanioti is 980 m and to the airport Macedonia 92 km; to Thessaloniki is 130 km.

Sunset Villa is located on the top of a hill in the gated complex Villas-Hanioti, consisting of 5 villas. The total area of the complex is 5000 sq.m. The small resort village of Hanioti on the peninsula of Halkidiki is considered the ideal place for a leisurely and truly relaxing summer holiday in Greece. It is located an hour's drive from Thessaloniki, which is often called the northern capital.
