The property is located in the city centre, a stone's throw from the main square and the historic centre, next to the Kalamata Dance Hall. You will find within walking distance almost all the city's dining and entertainment outlets as well as the city market for your shopping.
During the summer months the fun moves to the city beach, which is located 2 km from the house and you can get there by car, on foot or via the city's modern network of bicycle paths.
