The main feature of this house is the tranquility of the nature that surrrounds it the lush greenery and the sea that is only 5 minutes away by feet.the beach is like private since even in the summer months is almost unoccupied and offers relaxation and privacy.the house is isolated,so is crucial to have a carfor shopping and excursion. we can provide you with bus shedules if you are interested. The Villa is locatet in a green privat area with olive trees. There are tables with chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view. The house consist of three levels,te ground floor( basement) wihch is for my exclusive privat use. both levels (70m2+70 m2= 140 m2) communicating with internal stair and functionally independent of the rest of the building. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room and on the second floor three bedrooms. on each level there is a bathroom

i am available to communicate with my guests whatever they may need during their stay . i will happy to provide them with ever possible information for the wider territory as well as suggestive activities and places to eat and drink. My English knowledge is basic so if someone speak German i will appreciate it.

The house is detachet so its really quiet and will have the best privacy ever .Only on the other site of the road there are Home trailers wehre three families live ,but its far away and you dont have visual communication with them Nearest food market are 3.5 km away from the house at Stratoni . Ierissos is 9 km away at my house but there are a lot of fish restaurants ,bars for excellent drinks at night and abundant food markets The beaches all over my territory have beatiful clean watert all the beaches at ierissos is fantastic but for more privacy if the wind is low the beach near the house are excelent. There are a lot of choice for organised and free beaches from my house to ouranoupolis
