Located in the tranquil village of Roupes, this charming villa is perfect for family and friends, featuring three beautifully designed bedrooms, a light-filled open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a 30m² private swimming pool (non-heated) with a 4-seater whirlpool (non-heated) for pure relaxation. With a 250m² outdoor area that includes a spacious 120m² lawn and a children’s playground, Aerin Villa blends homely comfort with refined style. This retreat is ideal for up to seven guests, total. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Aerin Villa’s 120m² interior combines sleek design with contemporary comforts. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light, with 65” Smart TV for cozy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area with a wooden dinning table are perfect for culinary adventures and shared meals. For added entertainment, a PlayStation 3 and various board games are available for guests. The villa offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests in real beds. An additional guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room or on a folding bed provided upon request. The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests in total. Each bedroom is located on the ground floor, making the villa easily accessible and family-friendly.
