There, you’ll find a vibrant selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as a supermarket, gift shops, doctor's practice (GP), pharmacy, ferry, hairdresser, car-motorbike-boat and canoe rentals, daily cruises, and even a diving school—perfect for exploring both the charm of the village and the beauty of the Ionian Sea. On either side of the property, there are 2 entrances to the Cypress Trails, also known as Footpaths of Erissos, perfect for hiking. Also other small pebble beaches very near by are Emplisi, Alaties, Agia Jerusalem. Big and famous beaches Myrtos, Xi, Platis and Makris Yalos, Antisamos, Petani, Agia Kyriaki and many others to discover. Minies beach where the turtles lay their eggs in the same area you will also find one of the finest wineries You have to visit Melissani lake, Drogarati cave and Ainos mountain with the wild horses and the black cypress trees a rare variety. Kefallonia has 365 villages most famous after Fiskardo are Assos, Lourdata, Kastro (st.George's castle) and many others... The main town is Argostoli near the airport, big harbours are Sami and Poros.
