The accomodation is brand new with modern architecture and has been constructed in 2025. There is a quiet and sunny terrace, where the visitor can relax, enjoy their food and drink, with a panoramic view of the sea of ​​Merampelo. There is also a large balcony with comfortable armchairs and seats with an unobstructed view of the Cretan Sea and the island of Agioi Pantes. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so that the guest has autonomy.
The hostess is friendly, hospitable and available to manage any need that may arise.
The accommodation has easy access as it is located at the entrance of the town of Agios Nikolaos, opposite of the city. It is 500 meters from the nearest beach of Ammoudi and the visitor can go in 8 minutes on foot. It is 500 meters from the General Hospital of Agios Nikolaos and 1 km from the beautiful Lake of Agios Nikolaos.
