Ibiscus Cottage is a traditional house in Paradisi Village. The living room features comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine. There is also a dining area. Ibiscus house is located just a 2-minute walk from the beach, where you can enjoy a swim at a less crowded beach and witness unforgettable sunsets with a sky full of magnificent colors. Diagoras Rhodes Airport is nearby, and Rhodes Town is only 15 km away. There are also frequent public buses to the town, with the bus stop just a 5-minute walk from the property. The central square of the village features cafés, local taverns, a grocery store with fresh fruits and vegetables, bakeries, a supermarket, and two pharmacies. The outdoor patios are furnished with comfortable sofas, dining area and a swing, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and leisure. The patios overlook a lush garden, adorned with vibrant flowers and greenery, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The village’s endearing name “Paradise” is reminiscent of the superb gardens that once stood here, having featured exotic flowers brought by the conquerors. It is a traditional village where centuries-old houses happily alternate with modern constructions. The locals are very friendly and sociable giving the visitor the opportunity to experience the traditional hospitality of Greece. The Strawberry festival in May as well as the celebration of Agia Marina in mid-July give the visitor the unique experience of a local fair with Greek hospitality and a program of traditional dances. The nearby villages of Kremasti and Pastida are very popular for their local cuisine and wine. The location of Casa d’oro makes it ideal for excursions to the island. Quick access to the island's national road makes it easy for visitors to make trips to Faliraki, Tsambika and the town of Lindos on the southeast side of the island. Northwest of the house and a few kilometers away, you can visit the small zoo farm and the Butterfly Valley. Nearby, you can visit ancient Old Kameiros and Kameiros skala, and enjoy fresh fish. There is also a small harbor from which boats leave daily for Halki island, an ideal destination for daily escapes. The castles of Krititinia and Monolithos with their stunning sea view and unspoiled beaches are among of the most popular attractions of the island.
