Our company was set up in 2019 and has undertaken the project of building 3 prestigious and luxurious cave villas with amazing views in a private property which is close to all amenities and very easy to reach. In July 2021 the company completed construction of the first villa and infinity salt pool with beautifyl waterfall. The second villa became operational in July 2023 and features an 80sqm infinity salt pool and lift access to all levels. The third villa is expected to become operational in summer 2024. The company also manages small city apartments in the town on Lefkada under the name of Ionian Grand Apartments.

Drive through the town of Lefkada taking the direction towards the East side of the Island, to Ligia, Nikiana, Nidri etc. Following the lengthy straight line road that drives through Kariotes and Ligia and after taking an abrupt right turn, drive past the EKO Petrol Station on your right and then turn right to the uphill road, at approximately 200m from the petrol station. Α white sideway shrine is built at the entrance of this road and the start of our private entrance.
