This artist’s villa with a private pool is located in a 4.000 s.m. plot of land, overlooking the big blue of the Aegean. This “slice of paradise” combines low-key luxury with the “earthy” architecture of Kea and mesmerizing Boho vibes. It is fully equipped, spacious and ideal for families, groups of friends or an unforgettable romantic getaway. It can very comfortably sleep up to 8 adults. The villa is located on a hill, in a quiet residential area of the island, without the hassle and bustle of the port or the main town of Ioulida. This area will reward you with stunning views, peace and tranquility, but it is also located only 10 minutes away from Korissia Port, where you will have access to shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Although we will probably not be on the island during your stay, we are available to help and answer any of your questions, via messaging. In the villa you will find a comprehensive house manual with all the information that you might need. You can also view it online by scanning the QR code that is printed on the house manual. Our house manager, is located nearby and will be there to welcome you at the port, lead you to the villa and check you in. He will also be available in case of an emergency during your stay. If your stay is long, you might be also visited by some maintenance crew like pool cleaners or gardeners as well.

Kea (also known as Tzia) is a beautiful northern Cycladic Island located to the south of the Attica Coastline, only one hour away from the port of Lavrio. It’s popularity as a sailing and weekend getaway destination is mainly due to its proximity to Athens. Its landscape will catch your attention with its green fields, high hills, vineyards, olive groves, ravines, coves and secluded beaches. In order to enjoy your stay in Kea, you will definitely need a car. A 4X4 would be preferable, due to the fact that many of the roads on the island (including the one that leads to the villa and the best beaches) are dirt roads. We will have someone meet you at the port and lead you to the villa to check you in, so there is no need to worry about finding your own way, once you get to the island. The villa is located 10 minutes away from Korissia Port (3,3 klm.) and 6 minutes away from the stunning Xyla Beach. Public transport by Bus is available for specific routes on the island.
