The maisonette is located in one of the central points of the town of Argostoli, on the central avenue of Vergoti, which crosses the city just a few blocks above the most renowned historical monument of the city, the De Bosset Bridge. From there, one can walk to the bridge and the Koutavos lagoon. Within walking distance from the apartment, you will find everything you need, such as cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and souvlaki restaurants for your everyday needs. The apartment does not have private parking, but there are always available public parking spaces in the area for you to comfortably park your car. Although centrally located, this neighborhood is never noisy or congested. The central square of the city is a 15-minute walk away, crossing the entire historic center of the city from the paved area, where all the shops are located, to the coastal areas where the city's market is situated.
