Quiet with a greek island feeling, still close to Glyfada (14 min) and Eliniko (15 min) from where you can take the metro into Athens (10 min) and major ancient sites. (BBQ-)Parties are not allowed. Access to the Cottage is via the Conservatory, which is well-lit and creates a natural outdoor ambiance. Here you will find a dining area, a SMART TV 5G Wi-Fi connection for free and a dedicated workspace for DIGITAL NOMADS. From the conservatory, you step into the expansive open-plan kitchen, with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, Airfryer, water boiler, kitchen machine, microwave and all essential kitchenware. This space also features a small living area with 2 single beds (90x200 cm) and a coffee table. The separate bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and spacious closets and ensures privacy from the rest of the house. A foldable infant cot is stored on top of the closet. In the closet you will find infant linens and an infant duvet and pillow. A separate closet provides all necessary linens, towels, bed covers according to the season. We have created a small extra dedicated workspace for Digital Nomads in this room. Accessed via the bedroom, the recently renovated bathroom offers a walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and a washing machine. Outdoors, you experience the greek island feeling. It is quiet and the house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. With a variety of local plants, flowers, trees and tranquil corners under the pergolas and trees. This is the ultimate spot to be and the house, garden and parking are for your private use only.

Step into Manolis' (Greek) and Carla's (Dutch) former family's nearby summer haven, a little paradise built up from scratch from 2003 and onwards. Nowadays the cottage is available only for guests. There are no personal belongings in the house.

Kouklinos Cottage is located 4 km from the Athenian Riviera, a 60 km coastline from Piraeus to Cape Sounion, offering exquisite beaches, delightful restaurants and authentic taverns, beachfront bars, and diverse shops. Location is between the seaside villages of Varkiza and Agia Marina in the most southern part of the municipality of Koropi. The area offers sport facilities, such as boat rentals, scuba diving, and water sports. These can be found at Lagonissi Resort, Varkiza Resort and Akti Vouliagmeni (the so-called organized beaches with a fee). Close to Vouliagmeni you will find Lake Vouliagmeni not to be missed. There are many free beaches along the way. Varkiza is also home to a variety of shops, supermarkets and banks. Detailed information about all places of interest in the area, Cultural Athens City Center and the Province of Attica are available in the conservatory of the cottage.
