Just a few metres from the beautiful, well known Psaropouli, the beach of Vasilika, on Northern Evia , are situated Koula’s Apartments. There are four one-room and four double- room apartments, as well as a spacious fully-furnished one, all available for rent, and all nine providing all the necessary amenities. The apartement complex is located just 50 metres from the pedestrian area with shops, thus ensuring easy and quick access but also ridding you of any disturbance. All rooms have air conditioning, TV, free wifi, cooker and refrigerator. The property is fully fenced and within there is parking space provided for each tenant. In our fully-grown with trees and flowers yard there is a barbeque that you can use and also outdoor tables, naturally shaded by beautifully-pruned mulberry trees, under which you can enjoy your meal..

The most characteristic feature of Koula's Apartments in years of operation is the friendly relationship developed among the majority of the tenants, as most of them come for many consecutive years, which at least shows that people who come for their holiday once choose to come back again and again.

On the northeastern end of Evia island, just across Skiathos and Skopelos, is the small settlement of Psaropouli which is the beach of Vasilika.
