Two brand new apartments designed by the team of In Detail Architecture. A designer Loft for 2 in the first floor and a barrier-free apartment that is located in the ground floor of this beautiful and completeley restored old Venetian stone house. The groundfloor department was specially designed to provide easy access and comfort also for people with reduced mobility. This holiday apartment is divided into two main areas, the main bedroom, which can accommodate one or two disabled people with their companion or caregiver, and an area with a living room and kitchen with a sofa bed that can host up to 2 persons. It has a very spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Ideal city location just a few steps from the Chania City beach promenade - which can be reached from this apartment without any steps. Both apartment offers easy access on foot to the old town of Chania, the Venetian port and the city center of Chania.
