Located on the preserved bay of Grammeno, this villa features an outstanding beachfront location, unique in Palaiochora.    Its lawned garden, a rare gem in the area, provides direct and private access to the fine sandy beach for a swim in the crystal clear water of the bay.   Both the villa and the grandiose outdoor area are hidden from the sight of passers-by and totally exclusive to our guests, offering an exceptional degree of privacy.
The villa, tucked among date palms, offers a sea view from all its windows, terraces and balconies. Originally built to be a family holiday shelter, it has kept its stylish and personal character but also an understated sense of refinement. Guest enjoy free private indoor parking and WiFi throughout the property.
The villa is located 5 km from Palaiohora small bustling town in the summer but has kept its authentic charm despite the influx of summer visitors. The famous beach of Elafonissi is accessed daily by boat from the port of Palaiohora. The international airport of Chania is located 90 kms. Two restaurants offering local specialties rub the villa. A third is 5 minutes walk by road or by the beach.
