"Less is more" – the motto of the house Concrete–stone–wood. Its construction philosophy follows the old traditional way. The wooden furniture is treated with olive oil, as is the wooden staircase that leads to the attic. Free from varnishes and toxic paints. A garden and a traditional village courtyard were preferred over a swimming pool that would replace the soil with tons of concrete, huge volumes of water at the expense of drinking supplies, and large amounts of chemical additives. The aesthetics of tradition are combined with the amenities and comforts of a modern home, as it is naturally integrated into today’s reality.
