The inviting swimming pool, which also enjoys sea views is accessed down 3 steps. Levanda is located just a short drive (2km) from the hidden gem of Agios Nikolaos and its selection of amenities. Agios Nikolaos is a charming seaside village that offers the perfect blend of traditional Greek life and natural beauty. Once a quiet fishing harbour, this village has gracefully evolved into a picturesque destination, attracting visitors looking for authenticity and tranquillity.

Agios Nikolaos is also known for its proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the region, including Pantazi Beach (1.5km), a favourite for swimming and sunbathing, plus a popular local taverna and beach bar (1.6km). The surrounding area is ideal for walking, and exploring the wild beauty of the Mani, with its dramatic cliffs, olive groves, and Byzantine churches. The popular resort of Stoupa (5km), with a wider choice of amenities is just 10 minutes away by car. It is famous for its golden sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Here guests will find two main beaches - Stoupa Beach and Kalogria Beach (5.5km) - both perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.
