My home is yours to rest, work, and explore! Your family house has a master bedroom with a queen size bed (160x 200cm). The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed with an ample closet. Both bedrooms have access to the back yard, to enjoy your morning coffee or chill with drinks in the afternoon. The open plan living room-kitchen has a smart TV, wireless internet (up to 300Mbps) and a comfy couch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: Oven, induction stove, toaster, coffee machine, as well as all necessary pans, kettles, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, is spotless clean and fully-equipped. How about walking on the very same steps with Plato, and Aristoteles? A short pleasant walk along the neighborhood’s main road, with it’s many local shops and cafes and you have reached the metro station. Only 4 stops (about 15 mins) later, you find yourself on the very place it all started: The Acropolis and the Ancient Agora. Is it too hot and you would rather spend the day on a sandy beach? The tram station is just around the corner. About 15 minutes later you could be lying on a sunbed, enjoying a cocktail in front of the turquoise blue water of the Aegean sea. Last but not least, NO check-out chores! Turn off lights and AC, shut windows, lock doors and enjoy the rest of your day! I remain true to the hospitality spirit and do not ask you to do dishes, laundry, strip beds and many other things you find out only after booking. Feel free to use the entire property, as long as you treat it as your own!💪

Between the center of Athens and it’s port Piraeus this sunny and warm 60m2 family house is located about 5km away from both the Acropolis and the ferry terminals to the magnificent Greek islands. Moschato is a safe, quiet and non-touristic neighborhood with mainly one or two-floor houses, owned by Athenians for many generations. The main advantage of the house is that you have a free view to the clear blue Greek sky, as opposed to many flats in the immediate center, located in neighborhoods with 3-7 floor apartment buildings. Quiet and non-touristic does not however mean secluded. Mini/ super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes, tavernas, bars can be found just down the road. The location of the house makes it ideal for both winter and summer holidays in Athens. Bus, metro, trolleybus and tram stops are all within a max. 10 minute walk. From there you can reach the center, the port, the organized beaches and the airport without the hassle of changing two or three lines to reach your destination.
