In the most famous holiday resort of Halkidiki, the town of Neos Marmaras, just next to the sea, you will find our studios which provide you with a safe and comfortable stay for all seasons. The advantage of our rooms is the location that combines excellent views and easy access to your activities. Our recently renovated rooms are distanced just 3 minutes from the long beach of Neos Marmaras on foot, and just 5 minutes from the town's center where you will find the local market, banks and restaurants and traditional fish taverns. Also the Casino Porto Carras is 3 km away and with a small and happy 5 kilometer route you will discover the traditional village Parthenon with the unique panoramic view of the whole area.
