The building of 3 apartments was fully renovated in 2022 with a luxurious feeling and modern finishes. Mare Gaia is located in Plake's area, 5 min walk from the nearest beach.
The ''Penthouse Apartment'' is on the 3 rd and 4 Floors of this newly renovated building that is the highest building in the old town - The terrace offers 360-degree views of the Aegean and the beautiful Island of Skiathos. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms en suite, with an open plan lounge kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with modern appliances and a washing machine- The huge PRIVATE terrace is truly unique and is equipped with a non-heated jacuzzi. sunloungers and outdoor dining.
On the second floor, the ''Two-bedroom'' apartment is located. Offers 2 bedrooms and one Bathroom. It has a sizable outside patio and an open-plan lounge kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, extractor microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The furnishings are stylish and eclectic.
''One-Bedroom Apartment'' on the ground has a small patio. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guests on one king-sized bed and a comfy couch in the living room. There is a fully fitted kitchen with an oven and hob.
Mare Gaia is within walking distance of all the bars and clubs and the nearest beach is 5 min away. The airport and Ferry are less than 10 m.
