Beautifully appointed and sleeps up to 4 people in one double bedroom and another bedroom with two single bunk beds with new modern split air conditioning in both bedrooms, it is close to amenities & tasty local tavernas & restaurants with easy access to the islands of Kalamos, Kastos and Lefkada. The 3.4 km long Mytikas beach with beach bars, tavernas, and a variety of activities is only 650 metres from the apartment and just an 8 minute walk away. There are also a large number of stunning beaches only a short drive away and we are perfectly located to explore our region. Secure free private parking is provided in our own driveway. The apartment is a 45 minute drive from Aktion International Airport, an almost 2 hours drive from the ports of Igoumenitsa and Patras, and a 3 hour 50 minute drive from Athens International Airpiort.

I am a first generation Greek from New Zealand so am fluent in both English and Greek. I am able to assist with any travel plans, and can advise on a great number of things to see and do in our village and the surrounding area. I am a lover of travel and hosting and have worked in the service industry for over 20 years. We clean and maintain our own properties to ensure that everything is done to a high standard, and are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable stay for our valued guests. Mytikas is a small traditional fishing village built on a peninsula that floats on the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea. It’s name comes from the Greek word for point or nose as it is literally a pointed peninsula. It is situated between the towns of Astakos and Paleros. Located just 40 minutes from the island of Lefkada and only 45 minutes from Aktion International Airport in Preveza. The village of Mytikas is surrounded by stunning unspoilt beaches, mountains and the islands of the Ionian. It has something for everybody. It is a popular destination with travellers on yachts and considered one of the best kept secrets of the Ionian coast. It is perfectly positioned for exploring the islands of Kalamos and Kastos which you can do by public ferry, private water taxi or private boat hire.
