Our green building with properties are a part of an ex small textile factory and has just been fully renovated and transformed to a super-modern, minimal and convenient open space Apartment, ideal for open mind people and also LGBT friendly! Its huge plus, apart from its amenities, is the Amazing view of the Acropolis/Parthenon and Plaka from the building’s huge sharing terrace. Unspoiled Athens can also provide you a super luxury accommodation as we manage exclusive Villas also.

This industrial apart studio is a total surface of 46sq.m, it can host up to 5 guests (ideal for friends and younger crowd). The two level bed consists of a King sized memory mattress, a single memory mattress on the upper level, and a double mattress on the attic-all with pillows made of goose feathers. In its main studio, there is also a desk, two vintage armchairs and a fully equipped kitchen. This studio has a spacious bathroom which has been materialized with the use of steel, glass and archaic patterned tiles on the floor. It also offers WiFi, air-conditioning, double-glazed windows and a solar water heater. From the sharing terrace of the building you may enjoy a great view of all the important landmarks of Athens.The Acropolis, the area of Old Athens, the Observatory and the modern area of Athens. A small green inner garden with a big tree might also attract your attention. M Factory Living is located within the heart of the historical part of the city. It is a part of an ex small textile factory and has just been fully renovated and transformed to a super-modern, minimal and convenient studio.

The areas of psiri and monastiraki are known as the commercial and historical heart of the city centre. All kind of shops are located here ,including the well known open (flea) market where you can find from clothes and shoes up to old furniture and antiques.  From the airport there is a direct metro line (Blue) to Monastiraki station and from the port, the green line to Thission station or Monastiraki station. During your stay, you will not need any transportation since all points of interest are within walking distance.
