We are a family business and we do our best to ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for your summer vacations. Spacious, new, luxurious, fully equipped rooms, overlooking the mountain and the sea, easy access from the provincial road N. Marmaras - Sarti, very close to the village center and the beach, free municipal parking just opposite are some of the advantages we have.

Neighbourhood information

OLITENIA is located in the center of Neos Marmaras. Access is easier from Entrance C of the provincial road N. Marmaras-Sarti. Very close to the accommodation there is the main market of the village, restaurants, caffe, super markets. The beach "Banieres" of N. Marmaras is about 550 m. while Paradise 1.100 m.
