Plomari area and Lesvos island in general lacks 5 star hotels. The intention of the villa owners is from one side to provide a high quality-luxury accommodation to families and group of friends, who are looking for privacy, away form hotels and/or apartments. In addition to features elsewhere mentioned, the villas are environmentally friendly, using solar panels for hot water, heat pumps for a/c & heating and system to interrupt their operation, when doors or windows are open. For guests who prefer balconies & fresh air, instead of a/c, insect screens are fitted in all openings and roof fans in bed rooms. Digital nomads are welcome from October to April. For the rented properties, with private pools without the attendance of a lifeguard, the Authorities require an agreement to be signed between the host and the guest, on check-in, stating that the use of the private pool is under the responsibility of the guest, who shall also observe the house rules.

The famous beach of Agios Isidoros is just 300m away from the villas. There are four mini-markets with the nearest one being 150meters away. There are tavernas, restaurants, bars and beach bars within walking distance. Plomari is the birthplace of Ouzo, the greek national drink, and there are 2 museums (The Ouzo Museum at Barbagiannis Distillery, and the "World of Ouzo" at Arvanitis Distillery), which display how the ouzo is made and processed. The centre of Plomari is 2.5km away, and there you can find banks, rental services for cars, bikes and bicycles, pharmacies, a health center, the port and various stores and restaurants. You can also visit nearby beaches via boat trips or other means of transportation.
