The neighborhoοd is really quiet, the apartments are near the road, but there is no trouble with loud noices. There is a mini market 2 minutes away and a lot of beach bars and greek traditional taverns. The amazing beach of Pelekas 5 minutes away on foot. Some other beaches nearby accessible by car are Glyfada Beach, Myrtiotissa nudist beach, Agios Gordios beach and Gialiskari beach.
