The host of the house is mr. Stratos, an experienced manager, willing to answer all the questions that visitors may have and be there when needed. In the apartment you can also find a touristic guide with the area’s sightseeing and beaches, and many suggestions for excursions, places to visit, restaurants, bars etc.

Patras Golden Suite is a 65 sqm apartment located 750 meters away from the sea front, on the ground floor in a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and jasmine! It consists of a very comfortable bedroom with an office, a bathroom, a kitchen with full cooking equipment and a cozy living room. TV Plasma is provided as well. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access and air-conditioners while they are equipped with bed linen and towels for up to 4 guests. Both rooms of the apartment are soundproofed with double glasses . Our guests can wander in all spaces of the garden, can relax at the outdoor furniture and enjoy their food or drink while they listen to their favorite music. Moreover, our guests can easily find public parking space almost outside the house. There is available private safe space for parking motos and bicycles. Wifi 60Mbps is available and free. Patras Golden Suite is located only a couple of minutes from the coastal road from which the guests can head downtown in about 10 mins by car, as well as the area of Vrachneika where there are plenty of seaside tevernas, cafeterias and bars. The property is also no more than a couple of minutes from the by-pass of Patras, the peripheral road, which the guests can choose when heading either towards the Stadium, the General Hospital “Agios Andreas” and the TEI of Patras or out of the city towards the beaches or sightseeing. Close to the house within 50 m. there are super market, butcher shop, pharmacy, bakery, fish market and a kiosk. The area is connected to the city centre with regular bus line and the bus stop is located very close to the property. Further more in about 750 m. distance there is the railway stop of the Line 2 where 25is Martiou Street and Souniou/ Ag. Spiridonos Street meet, from where you can go either to the city centre or the Kato Achaia beach. The coastal front is only 750 m. far from it and the area offers the guest the opportunity to relax from the vivid rhythm of the city but without being away from it.
