This exquisite villa offers a harmonious blend of sophistication and comfort, featuring a private pool where you can relax amidst the soothing sounds of the sea which is located at only 200 mtrs. Immerse yourself in elegance and serenity, surrounded by tasteful design and enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Neighbourhood information

With the international airport Aktion (Preveza PVK) only at 30 min drive from the villa, making it very easy to access and start your holidays straight away! The promenade starts / finish in your doorstep, no need to drive to go for dinner :) Supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs all within 10 min drive.
