Small Tower. 2020 renovated small stone-built two-storey house to the west of the historic center of Areopolis. ( Saint Peter). Ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room & office (35.63 m2). Floor: room, bathroom (22.56 m2). Covered parking space. Yard, garden, covered terrace, sun porch. View of the Messinian Gulf & the end of Mount Taygetos (Sagias). Vacation, rest, digital work but also entertainment. High speed fiber optic internet. minimal. Electric car charging socket is provided with extra charge.
The house is made for self service accomodation. Happy and reachable if needed
