Reisis Family Residence is the ideal house for spending your vacation. Located in a quiet area and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment consists of two double-bed bedrooms, one bathroom, the living room and the kitchen-dining room area. Perfect for longer stays since it provides everything you could ever want in an apartment including: wifi, smart tv 45’’, Netflix subscription, full kitchen, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, various coffee machines, baby supplies. Besides the above Reisis Family Residence is fully air-conditioned via a central cooling and heating system with autonomous units in each room; which offer the ideal room temperature both in the winter and in the summer. If you are a winter lover you will appreciate the coziness of the fireplace. Furthermore, the bedrooms are equipped with heating floors for extra warmth in the winter if necessary. There is hot water available 24/7 through a solar water-heating system. For cloudy days there is also an electric water boiler. Drinkable water shouldn’t worry you since the apartment offers a reverse osmosis system which provides drinkable water. Along with that, the water supply of the property is filtered to ensure higher quality. The house is isolated and protected both from the heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Get ready to enjoy a good night’s sleep since the beds are furnished with Coco-Mat anatomical mattresses and pillows. If you are a nature lover, you will appreciate the beautiful garden which is designed by a professional gardener who planted various flowers and plants. The house is surrounded by old olive trees. You can join the olive picking experience if you visit in the autumn! Reissis Family Residence has a big terrace with views to the sea and the sunset in the evening. A smaller balcony in the northern side with views to the mountain and also the entrance area with views to the garden and the sea.

Reisis family residence is built and used as our family’s country house during winter time. It is equipped with every detail that will offer a comfortable and calm stay during your holidays. We are travel agents and this way; we know what a customer needs in an apartment. Me and my mother are travel agents, my wife is an English teacher and my father is retired and his hobbies are mostly beekeeping, gardening and very rarely hunting! Our hobbies are scuba diving, boating and hiking.

The house is located near the road which makes access very easy. The noise from the street shouldn’t worry you because it is a quiet road without much traffic. Free parking is offered across the entrance of the house. Lefkos is a picturesque fishing village on the west coast of the island where you can find the most beautiful sandy and pebble beaches with crystal clear water! In the evening you can enjoy the amazing sunset. Lefkos village is one of the most charming places in Karpathos due to the natural surroundings, calm atmosphere, the magnificent sunset and the high mountains with pine trees. From our house you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches only 1 km away where you can find minimarkets, restaurants and cafeterias. Near our house, there are historic sightseeing such as a roman cistern 0,5 km, the ancient stone-built houses in the rocks 0,5 km and the early Christian royal church Saint George, one of the oldest churches in Karpathos 1,5 km away and the Sokastro island with the byzantine ruins 2 km away, from the property. The are also plenty of walking and hiking routes that you can enjoy! We are sure that visiting Lefkos village, will leave you with unforgettable memories.
