On the ground floor, our built-in traditional greek bed , called ''sofa'' , gives you the feeling that you are sleeping on the sea . Our traditional built-in kitchen, which shares the same room as the traditional ''sofa'' (double bed), is fully equipped to cover all your needs . Last , on the ground floor there's a bathroom to serve the ground floor residents .

Tarik spent all his childhood summers in this house with his favorite grandparents , Tarik and Iro. Growing up, he watched his favorite island, Halki, become a mesmerizing destination for guests seeking to spend their summer vacations away from the massive crowds. Now that Tarik is working between interior design and hospitality , he decided to renovate his family's seafront house and transform it into a luxury retreat where you can enjoy an unforgettable experience .
