The house was completed in 2012 and refurbished to be suitable to host people for their holidays in July 2015. It is situated less than 250m from the beach and about 150m from the centre of the village where you can make your everyday shopping.
Sofia Filoxenia is a family owned residence. We were born in Kalives and we all love our village, which makes it our only destination for short or long breaks not only in the summer but all round the year, and we hope that it will becomes yours too!
The house in Kalives is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday away from the city noise. If you'd like further entertainment, both Chania city (16km) and Rethymnon city (54km) can be reached via the National Road.
