Our recently new build spacious apartments await to host group of friends, families and couples that look for a cozy, comfortable place in a perfect location. Conveniently located on the fourth and the fifth floor, provide a great view of Lycabettus Hill and from the rooftop a panoramic view of Athens with Acropolis, Lycabettus Hill, Filopappou Hill and even Piraeus. Situated in walking distance from two metro stations, our apartments will provide the perfect spot for a long stay or for a weekend in the capital.

It is a busy neighbourhood from 09:00-16:00 and a quiet one after that! You can have coffee, cooked food and supermarket in a 2-5 mins walk from the house. About 1000m away from the apartment you can find Kerameikos and Metaxourgio, which are two neighborhoods that became very popular in the past years as many restaurants and coffee shops have popped up making it a lively place to hang out, especially during good weather times (that is to say, almost all year long in Greece. About the same distance to the south you will find Gazi, Athens' most modern and alternative neighborhood with many coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Upon your reservation, we will be more than happy to email you a local guide with tips and suggestions for the neighborhood.
