Comfy ground floor apartment (60 m²) with it's own kitchen in the centre of Spartia village. Ideal for couples and families. Located in a quiet neighbourhood on the main street. Garden and sea view can be enjoyed at the balcony and terrace of the apartment.

Spartia is a small village on the south of Kefalonia. In 3 min on foot you get from my place to the Spartia square (central point of Spartia) where you find two small supermarkets, a pizzeria/restaurant and a cafe with free wifi connection. On a walking distance of 15 min you find the beach of Spartia (Klimatsias) and a relaxing restaurant/cafe/bar with sea view (water way). With car there are many beaches that you can reach within 5-20 min such as Pessada and Karavados beach, Paliolinos, Trapezaki and many others.
