Traditional beach house "Vathi Balcon" is waiting for you to live the ultimate experience. Our house is built on the edge of the secluded beach of Vathi, next to the sea and can accommodate 2 guests on a double bed. It is also ideal for relaxing under the sound of the sea and create beautiful summer memories. The house has a balcony in front of the sea with a pergola and shade where you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch protected from the sun or enjoy the sunset in the afternoon and the starry sky in the evening under the sound of the sea. Also, it has a sunny terrace where you can enjoy your sunbathing with propriety either the sunset in the afternoon and the starry sky listening to the sound of the sea. The house is ecologically powered by solar panels and therefore does not have an air conditioning unit as well as a water heater. The air conditioning is natural through the windows taking advantage of the summer breeze(meltemia) but there is also a fan that works with solar energy, while the water that comes from a local source is naturally heated by the sun in tanks, the house has hot water between 12:00-19 :30.

Panos is friendly and pleasant. He loves reading, watching movies, listening music and spending time chatting with friends over good food and wine. He likes to make his guests feel comfortable and will guide you to leave Tinos with the most beautiful memories.

Vathi beach is located in the northern part of Tinos island facing south, at a distance of 7km from Pyrgos village and 24km from the port with the last 3km of the route being a dirt road. The beach is ideal for swimming during the meltemia period(northern winds) due to its southern orientation. Also, the beach is secluded with only a few beach houses, no restaurants, cafes and beach bars, making it ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and relaxing with the sight and sound of the sea.
