The property is located next to the Schinias National Park (a Natura 2000 zone, combining pine forests and a sandy beach with crystal clear waters): Schinias' famous beach is only 3km away. The historic Marathon Tomb, the Marathon Museum and Museum of Marathon Race are all within a short drive. The villa located atop a hill, offers panoramic views of Evia Island and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. The villa is split on 3 levels. The mid level (on the level of the patio and pool) offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom (with walk in shower). The sea views are amazing even from inside the living room. This level has direct access to the outdoor dining area, the large patio (amazing for your morning exercise routines or simply for absorbing the breathtaking views), the pool (35 sqm large) and the gardens (with pine, olive, orange and pomegranate trees). The villa offers 3 large bedrooms (all with sea view): Bedroom 1 (with queen size bed) and bedroom 2 (with 2 single beds) are located on the upper level, and share a bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom 3 is on the lower level (yes, even from the lower level there is sea view). This is the largest bedroom, equipped with an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.
