Having fallen in love with the stupendous/breathtaking and ethereal view from the hill, the owners, Andromahi and Stefanos, decided to buy the property and build a house to take advantage of the vista. Being part of the only area in Fiskardo which has traditional Venetian homes that survived the 1952 earthquake, the house was built along the same strict design. Villa Andromahi begun as a derelict old traditional Venetian stone farmhouse. It was meticulously & lovingly restored, using the best European construction materials and finishes and was extended in the same style and design to create a spacious home, with a swimming pool overlooking the sea, and rich indigenous landscaped gardens and orchards.
