VILLA CALLIOPE is a detached country house located next to Lothiarika beach in Lardos , with a large garden and private parking area. The area surrounding the house offers a spacious garden with variety of fruit trees, including lemon and olive trees , also a swiming pool under construction will be ready of Aprli 2026 It consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds 1,60x2,00, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with an unlimited view of the sea. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a living room that includes a traditional Lindian paanga with a double mattress 1,50x2,00 that can accommodate 2 people and a sofa. On the large terrace there is also a special area for barbecue, a space that you can relax on the comfortable deckchairs and umbrellas and enjoy the wonderful sun. There is a swiming pool under construction , which will be ready for operation from April 2026 The outdoor swimming pool measures 6mx3m and has a depth of 1,40 meters All rooms have ac, flat screen tv.
