Villa Canova is a detached vacation rental property located in Fiscardo Region, Kefalonia. Villa Canova can sleep up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 child) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. The front door opens into a hallway, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. French doors lead from the living room to the balcony overlooking the swimming pool. French doors lead from the kitchen and dining area to another shaded balcony with a dining table and chairs and access down 2 steps to the poolside area. A twin bedroom is on the same level with a private balcony. There is also a separate shower room. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms each with a balcony and another bathroom. Outside the private pool has comfortable seating under a pergola as well as sunbeds by the pool. In the separate shady garden area, there is a pergola, dining area and BBQ. Lovely panoramic sea views from the poolside and top floor bedroom. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
