Villa Chnaris is a wonderful luxury ground floor house in the city of Perama in the prefecture of Rethymnon, just 7 km from the beach of Panormos, with a total area of300 m²,with pool, sauna and complete privacy, able to accommodate up to 10 people. Villa Chnaris offers the visitor the ultimate relaxation in a luxurious and pleasant surrounding and gives the visitor the opportunity to get in touch and get to know the Cretan tradition and hospitality as well as the Cretan countryside. Villa Chnaris can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double bed 2x1.60, 1 room with three single beds 90 X 2 m and 1 with twin beds which can be combined into one double but also to add an extra rollaway bed. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower, air conditioning and 24 'smart Tv. They have a balcony overlooking the pool and the garden and have been decorated for the relaxation and rest you need. Villa Chnaris has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, etc., and provides all the necessary items to prepare and serve your meals. In the same area is the large dining room with a capacity of 10 people and the living room with comfortable sofas smart Tv 72" , office and unobstructed views of the pool and garden. Finally, in the basement you can find a 50 m² play room which is equipped with a large tv a pool table and few gym instruments. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival.
