We have restored, renovated and revived an old two-story country house (built in 1940), and we are waiting for you. We kept all the exterior architectural elements and materials, and designed the interiors with modern materials and requirements, so that guests can safely and comfortably enjoy their relaxing holidays, according to modern requirements. In the courtyard there is a modern swimming pool and waterfall shower and our excellence 80 year old arbor, free unlimited wireless network (Starlink-Space-x), Netflix, and all necessary clothing as well as 2 private parking spaces.

The villa is located in the village of Kallithea Zakynthos, which in less than one kilometer has a Public Health Center, a Pharmacy, a bakery, supermarket, coffee snacks with delivery, gas stations and is 5 kilometers from the crystal clear sea of ​​Alykes with coarse sand. It is an area with areas of vines and black currants, but also large areas with olive trees that produce the world-famous, pure Greek olive oil.Zakynthos has 1,900,000 olive trees, and produces approximately 9,000 tons of oil in 42 olive mills. Opposite the residence there is a traditional oil mill for the production of oil (it only works in winter), while next to it is a warehouse with large heat-insulated stainless steel oil tanks where the oil of the region is collected, and piped in barrels to neighboring Italy, and from there to the world market. In our two kitchens you will find a bottle of our own oil to try on your salads.
