Villa Giannari, located in the picturesque village of Stalos, is a two-story retreat that boasts an impressive interior space of 180 square meters, complemented by an expansive outdoor area of 300 square meters. This villa can comfortably host up to 5 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups. The ground floor features a spacious living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a single bed, accommodating an additional guest. This floor also includes a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a conveniently located WC, making it perfect for both relaxation and meal preparation. On the first floor, you'll find two well-designed bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds. A full bathroom services this level, while both bedrooms provide access to a lovely balcony. One balcony offers views of the mountains and the sea, while the other overlooks the inviting patio below. The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring BBQ facilities and a traditional wooden oven, ideal for al fresco dining. The outdoor dining and sitting areas create a perfect setting for enjoying warm evenings under the stars. The villa is conveniently located close to the beach and is surrounded by beautiful olive groves, enhancing the serene and tranquil atmosphere, making Villa Giannari an excellent choice for a memorable getaway in Crete.

The Villa is located in the village of Stalos just a few kilometres away (2,3km-3,6km) to the popular villages of Agia Marina and Platanias. There you can find cafes, taverns, clubs, souvenirs shops and much more. It also has medical centers, banks and gas stations. Stalos beach is on of the blue flags and is only 800 metres from the villa. The beach of Agia Marina and Platanias are famous because of the many beach bars and parties by the sea where you can have fun till dawn. Through the village of Stalos you can go by car or bus to the most popular beaches of the city, Elafonisi (45km) and Balos (33km). Beautiful city of Chania is located just 10km away from the villa where you go either with your car of by bus from the local bus stop which is 800 metres away. Finally, you would not want to miss a walk on the dazzling old Venetian harbor with a history and architecture dating back at least 5,000 years. The suitable location of the villa combines a balance of nature and tranquility but also the energy of the bustling places full of life.
