It has been designed with the aim to offer a unique environment to those who treat holidays as a special gift for themselves, as an opportunity to change their pace, to share beautiful moments with their loved ones, to relax, to rejuvenate themselves. Villa Idealia is built: -in an ideal location that offers privacy and panoramic view of the picturesque Panormos’ bay. -on Mortero hill that assures a cool breeze during the summer heat. -in close distance to the cinematographic beaches and the cosmopolitan life of the island. -facing west so that it is bathed with the colours of the idyllic sunsets. -based on a modern architectural design that respects the traditional character of the island. -with the amenities of a five-star hotel that guarantee luxury and autonomy to its guests.

Villa Idealia is only 11km far from the center/port of Skopelos and 3km far from the beautiful beach of Panormos, known for its crystal clear turquoise sea, white pebbles, pine-clad scenery and a midnight sky full of stars. Panormos is also known as one of the most cosmopolitan places in Skopelos counting a great number of modern restaurants as well as traditional “tavernas” serving fresh fish and other delicious specialties, coffee-shops, bars, super-markets and bakery shop. Conveniently located, Villa offers its guests the chance to get to Panormos Beach through the forest, thanks to a footpath (ten minutes walk), and enjoy the sounds, the smells and the authentic character of the island. Skopelos won the second place in the list with the most visited islands for the summer of 2015. The island “Kalokairi” in which the story of the well-known film “Mamma Mia” takes place, is actually Skopelos!
