Joanna's Sunset Villa is a spacious, comfortable villa built in the traditional style offering you a home away from home. It boasts mesmerizing, panoramic sea and sunset views. On the ground floor there is a terrace with direct access to the swimming pool with sun loungers and a built in BBQ. Joanna's Sunset Villa is ideal for relaxing holidays for families with children or couples wanting time and space to relax an unwind
I was born in Germenata, a village next to Antypata of Erisos. I went to school here and my family goes back many generations an we live in a home that is from the 19th century. We are surrunedsurrounded by the beautiful blue of the Ionain sea and the flora and fauna that makes this area of unique. the island — for me, it is paradise. I have been running a mini market in Antypata for 37 years. For the people I host, I try to make everything special. The location offers unparalleled natural beauty with an ircediable sunset view. The company has been operating since 2016, with one accommodation.
Just a 5-minute walk from the villa, you will find a mini market, which is run by my family and we have everything you need for your stay. Also there are two very good traditional restaurants within walking distance if the villa so you can enjoy your evening without having to worry about the drive home.
Within 20 a minute walk— you can reach Dafnoudi Beach, with crystal-clear waters; Kimilia beach is a little further away with incredible beauty and pristine waters; and Emblisi, also wonderful and just 5 minutes drive away. The famous harbiur town of Fiskardo is 6 minutes away by car, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, and a variety of supermarkets as well a boutique shops with fabulous clothes, jewellery and souveneirs.
Locally and further afield there are many well signed hiking routes, which are especially beautiful in the spring and autumn. Visit the Melissani Lake Cave, the village of Assos with its 16th-century fortress or you can drive fruther afield and visit the historic castle of St. George and explore it's remaekable history.
Also visit the beaches of Jerusalem and Alaties, just 10 minutes by car — there you will also find a restaurants with very good food. The beautiful world-renowned Myrtos Beach is 30 minutes away by car.
In Fiskardo, you can rent a boat to take a trip around the bay and go to Ithaka for the day
