Brand new Villa Marianna II, guests can enjoy the best of both worlds; poolside tranquility and bustling night life an easy 850m stroll away. It is your choice whether to stay at home enjoying peace and quiet by the pool or wander down to bustling coastal Nidri with its multitude of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars.
The sun shines on villa Marianna II from early morning until late afternoon making Villa Marianna II the perfect spot for a summer holiday.
Relax on the terrace on our comfy outdoor furniture, swim in the private swimming pool and enjoy a lovely Greek style lunch al fresco.
Upon entering the villa there is a large open plan kitchen-lounge with large French windows that open out on to a shaded dining area and the pool terrace. This is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or dinner or just to lie in the sun and work on your tan! The private swimming pool 7m X 4m is directly outside the lounge area and the built BBQ is just next to the dining area making it very easy to enjoy those evenings when you just want to st

I am always available for all your needs during your holiday and am very happy to visit and offer recommendations on things to do, places to visit and, very importantly, the best places to eat.
Villa Marianna II has an excellent location. One of our favourite restaurants, Dimitris Taverna, is located within a short walk of villa Marianna II. Dinner with a gorgeous sea view! Nidri is within walking distance at about 850m; Nidri has an abundance of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars to choose from plus boat hire, day trips etc.
Villa Marianna II is a great location if you like walking; there are a number of trails in this area.
