It is about a comfortable and friendly family villa fully furnished, total surface of 120 sq.m. consisting of two floors, the ground floor area of 60 sq.m and the first floor area of 60 sq.m too. Downstairs there is a receptional area with fireplace and a living area with sea and mountain view, dining area, a spacious and very bright kitchen area fully equipped with all necessary appliances and one w.c with washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub. Each bedroom has 1 double bed, large fitted wardrobe and excellent view of sea and mountain.
The villa is located in a fenced plot surface of 5,000 sq.m, planted with many olive trees, vegetable garden and many trees with season fruits (figs, grapes, oranges, apples, ...). Near the entrance of the villa which is marked by a large palm tree aged about 30 years old, there is a large open living area with a pool in the center, surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, where you can enjoy your breakfast and also your swimming, watching the captivating views offer.
