Overlooking downtown Rethymno and the Cretan sea, Villa Princess uses its sloped terrain to amplify views of the surrounding area. Located in a great location only 1 km away from the closest beach and the town, the one-storey 130 sq. m villa offers outstanding panoramic views and can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - 30 sq. m. swimming pool. - Fully equipped barbecue area. - Two outdoor dining tables under shadows with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape. 
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and hammocks) for relaxing in the garden. - Organised playground area for children. - A ping pong table is at your disposal. - Parking space for many cars. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
