Villa Unique is 400 m2 newly built villa, carefully decorated with simplicity and a sense of minimalism and located in the peaceful village of Divarata, just a breath away from impressive Myrtos beach. It is a stylish and luxurious accommodation with modern amenities that will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Stone and wood are the dominant materials, harmoniously combining tradition with modern aesthetics. It is a two-floor villa which consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms -3 of them on the first floor and one on the ground floor- that can accomodate up tp 8 people. There are 3 bathrooms, two of them on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor you will a living space with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room. Stepping outside the living room, you have a terrace with an outdoor dining table and just a few stairs away you will find the yard with the private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a lovely and carefully cared garden and a wooden patio with outdoor furniture and lounge. Relax in the outdoor area, enjoy the warm sun and the absolute peace!

I am not originally from Kefalonia, but love brought me to the island which I adored from the first time as if it was my birthplace. I have been spending all my summers and holidays in the island, so I know most of its corners. Villa Unique is located in the village of Divarata, within 7 km of St. Euphemia, a beautiful village, which has become a popular destination. The surrounding area is a cosmopolitan resort and the touristic infrastructure improves every year. Built on the slopes of a mountain in northern Kefalonia, the village is surrounded by lush vegetation and has beautiful mountain views. The villa is situated a breath away from dramatic Myrtos beach and close to major Kefalonia attractions, like Antisamos beach, caves Melissani and Drogarati, Themata monastery, Assos, Fiskardo, the capital Argostoli etc. As it is located almost at the center of the island it is a perfect base for those who want to explore Kefalonia from north to south.
