3on7 Apartments are situated on the 1. floor of three-story building in Frankopanska street 7, in very center of Zagreb, just 500 m from Ban Jelacic square and 200 m from the Upper Town. All important sights are within 800 m from the apartments. 3 luxorious partments of 45 m2 are designed to provide guests with the maximum comfort, while exuding the atmosphere of an Old Zagreb-style apartment. By joining various styles in combination with many carefully selected details, we wanted to achieve that special atmosphere and warmth of a home, to convey a positive energy, and to make our guests feel at home, whether they are visiting our city as a tourist or for business. We want our guest to feel that after a day of sightseeing in our wonderful city and its surrounding areas, or after meeting many business obligations, they are coming back to their "Zagreb home," where they can relax and enjoy themselves. For quality rest and pleasant dreams we offer our guests excellent heavenly beds with comfortable 40 cm mattresses. Decorating the apartments was a great pleasure, we thought of every detail and invested a lot of love, so we believe that guests feel good energy during their stay and once they come they always happily come back.

The apartments are located at number 7 Frankopanska Street in the very center of Zagreb. They are a few-minute walk from the Main square and the Upper Town and just a few steps from a main Zagreb street Ilica and pedestrian zone, a meeting point and a site for all of the major events in the city. The most important sights are within 800 m from the apartment. The Croatian National Theater is in the immediate vicinity. In front of the building there is a tram stop, and a few steps further away is a kiosk, a grocery store, a bakery and a café. Nearby are two public garages, Ilica 45 (about 100m from the apartment) and Tuskanac garage (about 150 meters from the apartment).
