Apartman se nalazi u staroj jezgri Baške. Moderno i lijepo uređen, sastoji se od dvije etaže. Na prvom katu je kuhinja , kupaona koja je namjenjena osobama nižima od 1,80 m i dnevni boravak u kojem je ležaj na razvlačenje, klima, Sat-Tv. Na drugoj etaži u potkrovlju je spavaća soba ( bračni krevet, klima). Boravak kućnih ljubimaca je dozvoljen na zahtjev i naplaćuje se 10 eur dnevno.
