Recently refurbished pet-friendly apartments ideal for couples or families. Our apartments have been renovated this year to ensure that our guests feel at home and have a comfortable stay. We have two apartments available in the house. The first is a studio apartment with a large terrace that provides a beautiful view of the sea. The second apartment features two bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher), along with a sea-view terrace. Both apartments have a washing machine and a free private parking space behind the house. Our house is pet-friendly so you are welcome to bring your furry friends with you and they can stay free of charge. Please just notify us in advance. We try to make the arrival process for our guests as easy as possible. Thus, when you book your vacation at our house, we will provide you with detailed information on how to find us when you are in Bol. If you love outdoor activities, we can help organize your vacation. As our guests, you have a 10% discount on boat excursions(Blue Cave), boat rentals, car rentals, scooter and bike rentals, kayaks, and SUPs.

Our house is situated in a serene neighborhood in the heart of Bol, just a 4-minute walk from the town center. The nearest restaurant and grocery market are only 3 minutes away, while the closest beach is just an 8-minute walk. We highly recommend exploring Bol on foot, as all the attractions are within walking distance. To visit the famous Zlatni Rat beach, you can take a taxi boat or a small tourist train from the town center, which is easily accessible by foot. If you prefer to go by car, it will take you around 7 minutes to get there. You can find parking spots at Zlatni Rat for a price of approximately 8,00 to 10,00 Euro per day. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely 30-minute walk along the shaded promenade by the sea to reach Zlatni Rat. On the other side of Zlatni Rat, you will find two beautiful family beaches - Martinica and Kotlina - just an 11-minute walk from our house. As locals, we prefer these beaches over Zlatni Rat and encourage you to visit them to experience their beauty for yourself.
