The property is situated in a hidden bay with a beautiful view of the lake and pristine nature. I have given all the apartments great attention to design and each has its own style of decoration, all to make my guests feel more comfortable. Each apartment has a unique character and each tells its own story. 50m in front of the hotel is a beach. Likewise, our guests can get off the coast to the nearby islands (boat excursions with skippers). Within the hotel, in a beautifully landscaped garden, there is amazing pool and its surrounding area with deckchairs, lounge seats and parasols. All property overlooks the lake and singing birds in the early morning. Parking is provided for each apartment, just in front of The Residence.

The Residence is located in a small part of Vrulje, in the Bilice district of the city of Šibenik, which is an 8-minute drive away. The special feature of this place lies in the fact that it is still mostly inhabited by permanent residents, there are no crowds, cars or noise. Right in front of The Residence, 50m away, is Prokljan Lake, which is special for its water quality: it is mixed with fresh and salt water. Namely, the Krka River and the Adriatic Sea flow into the lake. And this part is also a protected area of ​​the lower reaches of the Krka River. You can swim, fish or drive a boat in the lake. If you have a boat, we will be happy to help you find a mooring during your stay with us. In addition to the above activities, cycling is widespread on marked trails, which are also suitable for running or walking. There are several exceptional restaurants in the area, right on the lake. Krka National Park is only 10 minutes away by car (entrance Lozovac). You will receive all of the above and much more via our messages after your reservation.
